I strongly believe that people can be who they want to be. For some this can be simply liking themselves for who they are, whilst for others they feel the desire to go on a journey of self-discovery.
Some of our biggest barriers are fear, self-acceptance, giving ourself permission and confidence. Overcoming these can lead to a sense of autonomy, self-awareness and personal fulfilment.
The progression through counselling can be difficult for some people and as your counsellor it will be my role to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment to enable you to acknowledge, assess, and accept your worries, feelings and emotions.
